We put our expertise to the test with this one. The goal was to capture the complex essence and flavour of the fruit and I think we nailed it.

We got a windfall of small, extremely fragrant, thick skinned pears from our friends at Hidden Harvest and got to work 🍐

On the first run of this limited edition jam, we were surprised to find it only needed minimal sweetening of 10% by weight in order to enhance the unique flavour of the pears.

Excellent on rustic bread or with a farmhouse cheese. With an earthy, fall flavour it evokes apple and cinnamon.

We recommend to consume within 6 weeks of opening. As with any low sugar, preservative-free jam this won’t keep indefinitely.

Ingredients: pears, sugar, lemon.
