Description

Fresh tomatillos, jalapeños, and onions cooked into a thick sauce with plenty of cilantro. This zesty salsa is indispensable in quesadillas and breakfast burritos. Medium spicy.

Ingredients: tomatillos, onions, apple cider vinegar, jalapeños, cilantro, garlic, salt.

The current batch is made with imported vegetables, and we anticipate a local crop becoming available in mid- to late-summer.
