The late season Ontario plums (Victoria and German variety) have been ripe and juicy. With only about 20% added sugar, this jam has an exquisite flavour with purple and fuchsia tones. Medium set.

in 60ml size we have some early season yellow plum jam. Painstakingly hand pitted little plums, simply cooked down with sugar (approx 35%) until a rosy orange colour. Made with tart Ontario yellow shiro plums. Firm set.
